About Jess
Hi, I’m Jess, a passionate and dedicated veterinary physiotherapist committed to improving the lives of animals, one patient at a time. I graduated with a 4-year BSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy, achieving Cum Laude and being recognized as the top achiever of my graduating year. My journey with animals began long before that—I’ve loved them my whole life, and riding horses since the age of 9 deepened my passion and shaped my path toward veterinary physiotherapy. I currently share my home with my beloved 8-year-old rescue dog, who constantly reminds me why I am so devoted to this field.
As a veterinary physiotherapist, I’m driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of animals.
I find immense reward in helping dogs regain mobility, improve their comfort, and equip their owners with the knowledge they need for the best possible outcomes. Canine neurological cases hold a special place in my heart—I love working with these dogs, learning from their unique challenges, and celebrating their progress. They offer unique challenges and opportunities for growth.
When it comes to horses, there’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing a horse finally yawn, release tension, and trust you after addressing their painful or restricted bodies. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. Regardless of the specific goal with the animal I am working on, I firmly believe that every patient teaches us something new, and I’m always eager to learn & adapt my approach to ensure the best outcomes.
I understand how stressful it can be when your animal is in pain or facing physical challenges. That’s why I strive not only to treat your animal but also to equip you with the knowledge and tools to support their recovery and long-term well-being. My goal is to decrease your worry and empower you to help your animal thrive.
Whether it’s creating tailored treatment plans, addressing complex conditions, or simply being a source of support for both you and your animal, I’m here to help. I’m so excited to be part of your animal’s journey to better health and a happier life. Let’s work together to achieve long-term improvements and enhance their quality of life!
